From the George Washington Bridge

• Take the Harlem River Drive/Amsterdam Avenue exit
• Keep left at the fork in the ramp
• Merge onto Harlem River Drive
• Harlem River Drive becomes FDR Drive
• Take Exit 11 onto East 53rd Street
• 599 Lexington Avenue is located on the southeast corner of 53rd Street and Lexington Avenue

From the Lincoln Tunnel

• Take the exit on the left toward 40th Street & North/West Side Highway

There is a parking garage immediately next to the building on 53rd Street between 3rd Avenue and Lexington. Please note that 53rd Street runs one way east to west and must be accessed from east of Lexington Avenue.
