“Because community service had been such an important part of my college experience, I was excited about CROP, the Cornerstone Research Outreach Program, which enables me to participate in service events despite sometimes unpredictable case demands. From running in charity races to coordinating a biweekly lunchtime literary program with local school children and now heading the CROP committee in my office, I've been able to maintain my involvement while bonding with my coworkers.”
