Jennifer McCabe has consulted on numerous securities cases involving Rule 10b-5 disclosure allegations, ERISA stock drop claims, and mutual fund market timing issues. She has worked on matters involving damages issues in a variety of breach of contract claims in federal and state courts as well as in alternative dispute settings. She has also consulted in the energy, pharmaceutical, and financial services industries on market manipulation issues raised during investigations by the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. Ms. McCabe specializes in working with large datasets to analyze damages issues on behalf of financial services firms.
Prior to joining Cornerstone Research, Ms. McCabe worked for the Department of Commerce, investigating potential violations of U.S. and international trade law.
