From FDR (Harlem River Drive)

• Drive Southbound: Take Exit 11, East 53 Street
• Bear right on ramp at sign reading Exit 11, East 53rd Street
• Turn right on East 53rd Street and continue for 0.5 miles
• Turn left on Lexington Avenue and continue for less than 100 feet to 599 Lexington Avenue (on left)

 

From Long Island

• From Queensboro Bridge, Lower Level, take the Second Avenue South Exit
• Keep left at the fork in the ramp
• Turn left onto Second Avenue
• Turn right onto East 53rd Street
• Turn left on Lexington Avenue and continue for less than 100 feet to 599 Lexington Avenue (on left)

 

From the George Washington Bridge

• Take the Harlem River Drive/Amsterdam Avenue exit
• Keep left at the fork in the ramp
• Merge onto Harlem River Drive
• The Harlem River Drive will soon become the FDR Drive
• Continue on FDR Drive
• Take Exit 11, East 53 Street
• Bear right on ramp at sign reading Exit 11, East 53rd Street
• Turn right on East 53rd Street and continue for 0.5 miles
• Turn left on Lexington Avenue and continue for less than 100 feet to 599 Lexington Avenue (on left)

 

From Lincoln Tunnel

• Take the exit on left towards 40th Street & North/West Side Highway
• Merge onto Dyer Avenue
• Turn right onto West 40th Street
• Turn left onto Park Avenue
• Turn right onto East 54th Street
• Turn right onto Lexington Avenue
• Go one block to 599 Lexington Avenue (on right)

Take train line "6" to 51st Street stop

There is a parking garage in the basement of the building. The entrance is on 53rd Street between 3rd Avenue and Lexington.
