Jon Rozoff is head of our financial institutions practice and past head of our intellectual property practice, which he helped establish. He joined our predecessor firm more than twenty years ago. He has consulted to attorneys and prepared expert testimony in numerous trials, arbitrations, and settlements.
Mr. Rozoff has focused on analysis of debt instruments, equities, business valuation, risk management, and trading behavior. He has worked on matters involving all types of financial institutions, including hedge funds, venture capital firms, leveraged buyout firms, insurers, institutional investors, banks, thrifts, and securities firms.
He has worked on a variety of intellectual property matters, including some of the largest cases litigated. He has consulted to attorneys on discovery and damages analysis and has led teams supporting preparation of testifying faculty experts in economics, marketing, computer systems, accounting, and finance. His work has covered many industries, with emphasis on pharmaceuticals, computer software, and other innovative markets.
