Rahul Guha specializes in applying economic analysis to antitrust and competition, intellectual property, valuation, and contractual issues. He has worked with attorneys on all phases of the litigation process and has prepared experts for deposition and trial. His clients span a wide range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, healthcare, biotech, consumer products, information technology, and telecommunications.
One of Dr. Guha's main areas of focus is the pharmaceutical industry. He has worked with leading experts to analyze the effects of generic drugs' entry into the market, pricing and reimbursement mechanisms, and costs and risks associated with pharmaceutical research and development. Dr. Guha also has extensive experience with cases involving marketing issues. He has conducted rigorous econometric analyses to compute damages and has conducted consumer surveys.
Dr. Guha joined Cornerstone Research after obtaining his Ph.D. at Cornell University. He has taught graduate courses at Cornell University, Dartmouth College, and the Indian School of Business.
