Rich Dalbeck has applied consulting and business experience to the assessment of damages in a wide variety of complex commercial litigation cases. He specializes in financial consulting in commercial disputes and has managed cases involving breach of contract, mergers and acquisitions, fiduciary duty, corporate governance, business valuation, and intellectual property. Mr. Dalbeck has worked on matters involving firms in investment banking, capital management, private equity, and venture capital, as well as major corporations in a variety of industries, including media and entertainment, energy, telecommunications, information technology, and aerospace.
Prior to joining Cornerstone Research, Mr. Dalbeck held several senior financial executive positions, including serving as executive vice president and chief financial officer at both Lorimar-Telepictures Corporation and Guber-Peters Entertainment Corporation.
