Sath Shukla specializes in addressing finance and valuation issues, particularly in cases involving private equity and venture capital. His work also includes analysis of exchange-traded securities, valuation of businesses, and evaluation of financial contracts and derivatives in industries such as energy, technology, transportation, consumer products, and real estate. Mr. Shukla has experience with cases related to corporate governance, branding, patent infringement, market manipulation, lost profits, and shareholder damages. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
Mr. Shukla has worked with attorneys on all phases of the litigation process and has prepared experts for deposition and trial. Prior to joining Cornerstone Research, Mr. Shukla was a senior consultant at LECG, and before that he was a consultant in the Global Strategies and Industries Group at the PA Consulting Group.
