Sharon Johnson specializes in applying financial, microeconomic, and quantitative techniques in the assessment of damages in commercial disputes. Over the past fifteen years she has served clients in a variety of industries, including financial institutions, pharmaceutical and biotechnology, computer and semiconductor, telecommunications, manufacturing, electric utility, petroleum, and natural gas. Ms. Johnson has directed analyses and developed expert testimony in cases involving business valuation disputes, breach of contract claims, securities litigation, and intellectual property matters. In addition, Ms. Johnson has domestic and international trial and arbitration experience.
Before joining Cornerstone Research, Ms. Johnson managed a variety of litigation matters as a principal with LECG and, before that, with PHB Hagler Bailly (formerly Putnam, Hayes & Bartlett). While at PHB Hagler Bailly, Ms. Johnson also developed analyses to support the firm's strategic planning. Prior to that, Ms. Johnson marketed financial instruments for Bankers Trust Company and acted as an internal consultant for Morgan Guaranty Trust. Back to Senior Staff list
