Education

Paul Habibi is a widely recognized expert who has testified in high-profile real estate litigation and regulatory investigations. Mr. Habibi has extensive experience with complex real estate and financial transactions, focusing on accounting issues, allegations of breach of contract and fiduciary duty, damages, misappropriation of funds, taxation, and valuation. He is certified in financial forensics (CFF), accredited in business valuation, and is a certified public accountant (CPA).

At UCLA, Mr. Habibi is a tenured lecturer at the Anderson School of Management and the School of Law. He has nearly two decades of experience teaching courses in real estate finance and investment, real estate development, corporate finance, and accounting, among others. He also serves as a faculty advisor in the department of economics.

In addition to being an accomplished entrepreneur and real estate investor, Mr. Habibi consults for firms involved in real estate, private equity, and venture capital. He speaks frequently at business, government, and nonprofit functions and has been widely quoted in mainstream radio, television, and news outlets.

Mr. Habibi serves on the board of directors of Knock and Pacific Charter School Development.
