Jonah Berger and Lorin M. Hitt of the University of Pennsylvania and Maria Salgado of Cornerstone Research will speak on a panel on day three of the American Bar Association’s 71st Antitrust Spring Meeting in Washington, D.C.

Firms and consumers create vast amounts of data each day in social media, which raises a host of issues from advertising law to evidentiary rules.

Dr. Salgado will moderate a session with Professors Berger and Hitt, alongside antitrust attorneys, to discuss the opportunities and challenges surrounding the use of social media, data, and machine learning (ML) methods.

This in-person conference is hosted by the American Bar Association’s Antitrust Law Section. For more information, visit the event website.
