Ashley Langer of the University of Arizona and Gabriela Antonie of Cornerstone Research will speak on a panel on day one of the American Bar Association’s 71st Antitrust Spring Meeting in Washington, D.C.
Over the past ten years, increasingly sophisticated and novel analytical techniques have been used to assess allegations of consumer harm in a range of cases. Dr. Antonie will moderate a session with Professor Langer and other industry experts to discuss conjoint surveys, market simulations, and analysis of enormous data sets. Speakers will discuss these techniques and the impact they can have with courts, regulators, and jurors.
This in-person conference is hosted by the American Bar Association’s Antitrust Law Section. For more information, visit the event website.
