James Lee is an economist who provides economic and statistical analyses to clients involved in complex litigation and consulting projects. Working closely with leading academic and industry experts, Dr. Lee develops econometric models, analyzes complex data, and leads case teams in matters on a broad range of topics, including antitrust and competition, consumer fraud, and product liability.

Dr. Lee’s work has addressed issues in multiple phases of litigation, including class certification, liability, and damages, and has spanned a number of industries, including automobiles, commodities trading, consumer goods, life sciences, and technology.

Dr. Lee’s recent, representative work includes analysis of:
