Antitrust and competitionFor antitrust and competition cases, Ms. O’Neill has analyzed markets for petroleum products and credit cards, in addition to addressing antitrust allegations in alleged market manipulation cases involving derivatives. Prior to joining Cornerstone Research, Ms. O’Neill worked as a policy analyst for former Secretary of State James A. Baker and as a research assistant for ICF International. Ms. O’Neill coauthored the “Competition & Antitrust Committee Report” in the Energy Law Journal in 2009 and 2010. With Greg Leonard, she also coauthored a chapter on metals in Commodities: Markets, Performance, and Strategies (Oxford University Press, 2018).
