Estimating Damages in Litigation—Beyond Discounted Cash Flow

Ronnie Barnes spoke at a Cornerstone Research-sponsored interactive panel discussion in London.

Estimating damages in litigation and international arbitration can rely heavily on the discounted cash flow (DCF) methodology. The DCF model, however, is not always the best approach for every case. A distinguished panel of speakers—including Steven Finizio of WilmerHale, Mark Levy of Allen & Overy, and Liz Tout of Dentons—provided litigator perspectives.
