Kate Maxwell Koegel provides economic and financial analysis and expert support in all phases of commercial litigation. Dr. Maxwell has a range of experience in matters involving antitrust, online platforms, and high-skill labor markets. Her expertise includes statistical economic methods such as nonlinear models and causal identification tools.
