Dr. Koegel applies econometric tools and other empirical analyses to assess complex issues, often in matters involving large, complex data sets. Her expertise includes statistical economic methods such as nonlinear models and causal identification tools. Dr. Koegel leads teams and supports clients and experts in all phases of commercial litigation. Her industry experience includes banking, retail, technology, and travel.

Dr. Koegel serves as a Young Economist Representative for the Mergers & Acquisitions Committee of the Antitrust Law Section of the American Bar Association (ABA).
