As an analyst or summer analyst, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute from day one. Therefore, our candidates must have skills and experiences that translate into strategic thinking and quality work product. Our interview process is designed to give you a taste of our work and provide us with insight into your thought process, comprehension skills, ability to articulate ideas, and receive/apply in-the-moment feedback.

An important part of each round is the case interview. You will be presented a different case at each round to review and discuss. The example cases will help prepare you for similar scenarios presented at the interviews.

Your first round will consist of two 30-minute virtual interviews. Interview components include a discussion of personal background, interests, and goals, behavioral and situational questions, a case, and time for Q&A.

Your final round will consist of four 45-minute interviews. Similar to the first round, interview components include a discussion of personal background, interests, and goals, behavioral and situational questions, a case, and time for Q&A. You will additionally have a lunch or informal virtual chat with Cornerstone Research staff.
