AI Guidance for Candidates
We recognize that many candidates use AI tools when preparing applications and during the interview process. AI can be a useful tool for brainstorming ideas, improving application materials, and practicing interview responses. However, your application should reflect your own thinking, experience, and voice. We encourage candidates to use AI as a preparation tool—not as a substitute for original work.
During interviews and assessments, we do not permit the use of AI. We expect candidates to rely on their own thoughts, analysis, and logic. Our goal is to understand how you approach complex problems and communicate insights.
AI and the Future of Economic Consulting
AI is increasingly part of the toolkit used by our consultants. We look for candidates with strong analytical foundations, economic intuition, and sound judgment who are also curious about emerging technologies—including AI—that can enhance efficiency and deepen analysis. At our firm, generative AI supports our work while complementing—rather than replacing—the expertise, judgment, and rigor that define our client outcomes.
