In an antitrust action filed by a manufacturer of plumbing equipment against a trade association for alleged exclusionary practices, Cornerstone Research staff provided economic analysis and expert testimony on behalf of the defendant. Our testimony focused on defining the relevant markets and determining whether the plaintiff’s product served the same market as that of the trade association. We also critiqued the plaintiff’s damages model and helped our client prepare cross-examination. Our client won a directed verdict.
