Mark Chicu of Cornerstone Research will join current and former U.S. antitrust officials at this annual thought leadership event in Washington, DC.
On a panel titled “Policy Developments: Reshaping Antitrust Landscape,” speakers will address an array of antitrust policy developments, including increased antitrust scrutiny of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) agreements in finance and investments.
Participants will also discuss the Federal Trade Commission’s (FTC’s) evolving definitions of competition, guidelines on safe data exchanges, and heightened scrutiny of information sharing between competitors.
