2023 Motor Vehicle Product Liability Litigation Conference

Jonah Berger of the University of Pennsylvania and Ashley Langer of the University of Arizona will discuss commonly used analytical methods in economic loss class action matters.

On day two of this three-day conference in Scottsdale, AZ, Samid Hussain of Cornerstone Research will moderate a panel on “Economic Damages in Automotive Class Actions,” featuring Jonah Berger of the University of Pennsylvania and Ashley Langer of the University of Arizona.

Professor Berger and Professor Langer will discuss the analytical methods that economic, marketing, and survey experts commonly use in economic loss class action matters. Panelists will also consider the strengths and limitations of these analytical methods in light of recent high-profile court decisions.
