Joanna Tsai of Cornerstone Research will join multiple panels at this three-day event hosted by the Antitrust Law Section of the American Bar Association (ABA).
Designed for mid-level and senior antitrust practitioners, this conference will combine lectures on developments in antitrust doctrine with workshops on government investigations, merger practice, and private litigation.
“Advanced Merger Economics”
On day two, Dr. Tsai’s panel will examine trends in economic analysis for merger review, including market definition and competitive effects. Speakers will also examine approaches to working with agency staff and testifying experts.
“Expert Witnesses”
On the final day of the conference, Dr. Tsai will join a discussion of how to select and work with experts in antitrust litigation and agency investigations.
