The 24th annual IIOC brings together leading scholars and economics experts to examine the latest research and regulatory trends in the field of industrial organization (IO). The conference features a range of panel discussions and contributed sessions focused on the economic forces shaping modern markets.
The following Cornerstone Research affiliated experts and staff will speak at the meeting:
Real Estate Markets
Katja Seim of Yale University will chair this session focused on the economic dynamics of housing markets for renters, buyers, and landlords.
Zach Brown of the University of Michigan and Jean-Francois Houde of the University of Wisconsin-Madison will participate as discussants. Professor Brown will discuss a paper titled, “Selling Fast or Selling Junk: Is iBuying Sustainable?” and Professor Houde will discuss “Targeting and Price Pass-Through in Housing Voucher Design.” (10 April)
