The virtual event, titled “A New Playbook for Bank Merger Reviews,” will combine perspectives from attorneys, legal academics, and economists. Participants will analyze the dynamics created by banking agencies, which have reverted to traditional oversight, and the Department of Justice (DOJ), which now applies the 2023 Merger Guidelines.
