Gregor Langus of Cornerstone Research will speak on a panel titled ‘Hotchpotch I – Substantive Issues’ at this annual workshop in Brussels.
Dr Langus will join a panel of industry experts and senior competition officials to discuss how authorities are redefining what constitutes unlawful cooperation under European Union (EU) and national competition laws.
Panellists will examine shifting focuses toward collusion tied to environmental objectives, buyer-side agreements, and the use of digital tools. They will also address increased regulatory scrutiny of financial market conduct, corporate liability, and allegedly anticompetitive strategies in emerging sectors.
