Paul Zurek of Cornerstone Research will speak on a panel titled “General Judicial Practices” on day one of this two-day conference in Chicago.
Together with legal scholars, practicing attorneys, and judges, Dr. Zurek, a testifying expert who also teaches corporate finance at Stanford Law School, will discuss the complexities of asset valuation and related expert testimony in various litigation contexts. Panelists will also explore the role that courts play in assessing expert evidence during the valuation process.
