Elisa Mariscal of Cornerstone Research will join a panel titled ‘Abuse of Dominance / Monopolization: Recent Developments’ at this conference in Brussels.
Dr Mariscal’s panel will examine how courts and regulators investigate abusive conduct claims across both traditional and digital markets, with a focus on the European Commission’s (EC’s) increasing use of Article 102(a) to address allegedly unfair trading conditions.
Panellists will also review ongoing digital market abuse litigation in the UK and the United States.
