Gregor Langus of Cornerstone Research will discuss practical compliance issues arising from vertical agreements on day two of this six-day conference.
Dr Langus will join a panel titled ‘Counselling Clients on Vertical (Distribution, Agency, Franchise, and Digital Platform) Agreements to Ensure Competition Law Compliance’.
Participants will examine a variety of compliance issues, with an emphasis on resale price maintenance (RPM), dual pricing practices, and most favoured nation (MFN) clauses.
