Cornerstone Research affiliated expert Aviv Nevo of the University of Pennsylvania will join a panel of expert practitioners and academics to discuss the “monopoly broth” theory of antitrust.
Professor Nevo’s panel will examine practical applications of this theory, which posits that a series of individually lawful acts by a dominant company may be deemed unlawful when considered in the aggregate.
Panelists will also discuss how regulators and private plaintiffs are responding to the “monopoly broth” theory, both in the technology sector and beyond.
This event is hosted by the Antitrust Law Section of the American Bar Association (ABA). For more information, visit the event website.
