Kirti Gupta of Cornerstone Research will speak on a panel titled ‘Improving Transparency at the Interface Between Patents and Standards’ at this one-day event in Paris.
Dr. Gupta will join a panel of experts to introduce the European Patent Office’s (EPO’s) new Standard Developing Organizations (SDO) citations dataset, providing key insights from the latest study on patents and standards. Panellists will also discuss potential applications of the novel dataset and assess its anticipated impact on innovation, competition and policy.
This event is hosted by the European Patent Offices (EPO) Observatory on Patents and Technology, in collaboration with the French Patent and Trademark Office (INPI).
