Gabriela Antonie of Cornerstone Research will discuss the economic foundations and legal challenges of digital price discrimination, assessing its impact on consumer welfare and regulatory adequacy.
At this virtual event, titled “Targeted Price Discrimination,” Dr. Antonie will join a panel of attorneys to examine whether digital price discrimination follows traditional economic theory or presents a fundamentally new market paradigm.
Panelists will also consider consumer welfare in the context of personalized pricing strategies, and the adequacy of existing legislation to govern targeted pricing.
