Anca Cojoc of Cornerstone Research will join a panel titled ‘Highlighting Key Developments in Theories of Harm and Theories of Benefit/Efficiencies’ at this annual event in London.
Dr Cojoc’s panel will compare European Union (EU) and UK approaches to theories of harm and benefit. Panellists will discuss methods for quantifying potential theories of benefit and scenarios in which theories of benefit may become theories of harm.
The panel will also assess new guidance on theories of harm in the European Commission’s guidelines.
