The American Bar Association’s (ABA’s) Antitrust Law Section recognizes Cornerstone Research expert with its annual Outstanding Performance Award for organizing a five-part artificial intelligence (AI) and antitrust webinar series.
The ABA Antitrust Law Section recognized Cornerstone Research’s Avigail Kifer for creating a platform for economists and attorneys to discuss AI infrastructure issues. Dr. Kifer’s “exceptionally successful” AI and antitrust webinar series enabled practitioners to discuss the technical aspects of AI infrastructure alongside competition and innovation issues. She secured high-profile speakers, developed timely program topics, and coordinated and helped publish articles summarizing each session.
The Section credited Dr. Kifer’s efforts with “clear and meaningful impact” by advancing discussions of key topics and driving record attendance to the webinars.
The ABA’s Antitrust Law Section is the largest and most prominent bar organization for antitrust and competition law, trade regulation, consumer protection, and economics.
