Yan Cao honored by Consulting Magazine for “above-the-call” leadership among outstanding women in consulting.
Yan Cao has been named to Consulting Magazine’s 2023 list of Women Leaders in Consulting. Dr. Cao joins a select group of outstanding women consultants honored as Future Leaders. Those named to this category demonstrate leadership “above-the-call” that benefits their organization and current and future peers.
“Yan richly deserves this outstanding honor,” said Yesim Richardson, Cornerstone Research’s President. “She has spearheaded our firm’s work on complex market manipulation and market microstructure matters, growing and diversifying the practice team. She has also actively promoted opportunities for women leaders in securities and finance, continuing to create an environment where everyone, including women, is motivated to contribute their best.”
