Anna Beeler provides strategic oversight for Cornerstone Research’s human resources operations, including employee relations, performance management, benefits design, compensation, policy development, and immigration. She also oversees the full talent lifecycle, including recruiting, succession planning, and strategic learning and development (L&D) for the firm’s corporate teams. Ms. Beeler serves on several of the firm’s leadership committees.
With twenty-five years of experience in professional services, including over twelve years leading human resources in litigation consulting firms, Ms. Beeler serves as a vital strategic partner to the executive leadership team. She is responsible for leveraging Cornerstone Research’s people operations to support the firm’s long-term vision, innovation, and commitment to excellence.
Ms. Beeler has completed Harvard Business School’s “Leading Professional Services” program, as well as certifications in human resources from the Human Resources Certification Institute and the Society for Human Resources Management. In addition, she holds several Myers-Briggs certifications, including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) certificate.
