Colleen Connolly applies financial, economic, and accounting analyses to the assessment of damages and other issues in complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on intellectual property disputes. In addition to her work on patent, copyright, and trade secrets cases, Ms. Connolly has managed and developed damages analyses in breach of contract, accountant malpractice, and other commercial disputes in a variety of industries. She has extensive experience managing case teams and working with clients and experts throughout the litigation process, including developing analyses and case strategy, and preparing experts for deposition and trial.

Prior to joining Cornerstone Research, Ms. Connolly was a manager in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Financial Advisory Services practice. Prior to that, she was an associate at Analysis Group.
