Conor Foley specializes in antitrust and competition matters. Dr. Foley’s experience includes horizontal and vertical merger reviews, litigation alleging anticompetitive conduct, and class certification, liability, and damages issues across a variety of industries. Dr. Foley consulted to the merging parties in the Herc Holdings/H&E Equipment Services merger and to the Department of Justice (DOJ) in its successful challenge to the JetBlue/Spirit merger. He supports clients and experts across all phases of antitrust conduct litigation, from pre-complaint consulting through discovery and trial.
Dr. Foley serves as a Young Economist Representative to the Distribution and Franchising Committee of the Antitrust Law Section of the American Bar Association (ABA).
