Delong Li specializes in securities litigation, corporate governance, and valuation matters. In these contexts, Dr. Li has analyzed allegations of market manipulation, breach of contract, and insider trading, among others.

Dr. Li performs tracing analysis for Section 11 securities class actions and has worked on other matters related to the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC), such as distribution of funds to beneficial owners through DTCC. He also has experience evaluating enforcement of the Tobacco Master Settlement Agreement.  He conducts valuation analysis across a range of industries, including FinTech, energy, and real estate.

Dr. Li is an adjunct professor of finance at the Gordon S. Lang School of Business and Economics, University of Guelph. His research has been published in the Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, Journal of Money, Credit and Banking, and Journal of Financial Markets, among other publications.
