Felipe Flores-Golfín consults on matters related to antitrust and competition, mergers, and consumer fraud and product liability (CFPL). In antitrust litigation, Dr. Flores-Golfín has experience assessing allegations of alleged monopolization and foreclosure. He consulted on the $1.9 billion Alaska Airlines/Hawaiian Airlines Merger, in which he analyzed competitive effects and supported both parties in their responses to the Department of Justice’s (DOJ’s) Second Request.
In CFPL matters, Dr. Flores-Golfín leverages artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) tools to perform content analysis of marketing materials. His experience spans both state and federal courts.
