Isabel Musse consults on antitrust and competition, healthcare, labor and employment, life sciences, and consumer behavior matters. Dr. Musse applies rigorous causal inference, predictive modeling, and other econometric methodologies to complex issues involving workforce policy, resource allocation, and healthcare economics, among others.

Dr. Musse has published her research in peer-reviewed journals such as Health Economics, Social Security Bulletin, the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, and Economics & Politics.

Before joining Cornerstone Research, Dr. Musse was a researcher at Mathematica, a prominent policy research firm, where she led and conducted high-value impact evaluations of policy interventions across the workforce development, disability policy, and healthcare sectors.

Previously, Dr. Musse was a researcher and field coordinator for the World Bank’s Development Impact Evaluation Unit. She also worked at Itaú Unibanco, a major Brazilian financial services company.
