Kristin Leary provides strategic oversight and operational responsibility for talent management functions at Cornerstone Research, including consultant recruiting, staffing, and professional development.
For more than twenty-five years, Ms. Leary has overseen these functions at leading professional services firms, particularly in the areas of talent management, learning and development, and organizational effectiveness. Before joining Cornerstone Research, she served as the chief talent and equity officer at Nutter McClennen & Fish LLP, where she also led diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Previously, Ms. Leary was the director of the corporate practice at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson, where she oversaw staffing and development for multiple practice areas across four global offices. She also held roles of increasing responsibility during her tenure at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, where she served as global manager of professional development for eight practice areas, including e-litigation and trials.
