Dr. Cattivelli has extensive experience with antitrust issues in the life sciences and technology industries. In the life sciences, he has examined allegations regarding anticompetitive conduct by drug manufacturers, including product hopping, reverse payments, rebate bundling and tying, misleading marketing, and copay assistance programs. He consulted on competition issues in Amgen Inc.’s Acquisition of Horizon Therapeutics plc. Dr. Cattivelli has also analyzed alleged market monopolization in the technology industry, related to online marketplaces’ pricing policies and most favored nation clauses.
