Mariella Gonzales provides economic and statistical analysis in litigation related to antitrust and competition, labor and discrimination, and healthcare and life sciences. In competition matters, Dr. Gonzales has analyzed allegations of exclusionary conduct, anticompetitive behavior, and price fixing. She also has experience with matters involving higher education admissions, discrimination claims in hiring and promotions, and worker classification.

Dr. Gonzales leads teams to address complex class certification, merits, and damages issues and works with attorneys and experts in all phases of the litigation process, including discovery, deposition, and trial.
