Nathaniel Young consults on economic issues arising in consumer fraud and product liability and antitrust and competition matters. Dr. Young has experience analyzing allegations of consumer fraud and False Claims Act violations, as well as issues related to privacy and data breach. He also analyzes a range of alleged harms to consumers and businesses, including those related to abuse of market power and Platform Most Favored Nation Clauses (PMFNs). He has contributed to the design and implementation of econometric analyses, and to the analysis of large, complex datasets.

Dr. Young works with clients and experts through all phases of litigation, providing support for discovery, class certification, liability analysis, trial preparation, affirmative and rebuttal reports, depositions, and mediation. He has consulted on matters in U.S. federal and state courts.
