Mr. Snodgrass analyzes economic issues in litigation involving Section 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Sections 11 and 12 of the Securities Act of 1933. His work includes:
- Evaluating market efficiency, price impact, and Comcast issues at the class certification stage
- Assessing loss causation, inflation, and damages issues for Section 10(b) matters and negative causation for Section 11 and 12 matters at the merits stage
- Analyzing economic damages exposure and performing settlement benchmarking at all phases of the litigation process
- Consulting on matters involving common stock, preferred stock, American Depositary Receipts (ADRs), debt securities, and exchange-traded options
Before joining Cornerstone Research, Mr. Snodgrass worked in investment banking at Bank of America, where he advised financial institutions on M&A transactions and on the issuance of debt and equity securities.
