Rachel Feldman consults on antitrust and competition issues, including matters alleging exclusionary conduct, anticompetitive behavior, and price fixing. Dr. Feldman also has experience working on mergers and assessing claims related to potential unilateral effects, vertical effects, and market definition through all phases of litigation, including class certification. In FTC v. IQVIA Holdings Inc. et al., she supported an expert retained by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to analyze the competitive effects of the proposed merger, which the parties abandoned shortly after the FTC’s preliminary injunction was granted.
