Ren Zuo develops advanced data science, machine learning (ML), and natural language processing (NLP) techniques to support expert testimony in commercial litigation. Mr. Zuo leads the design and implementation of scalable, analytical workflows for large, unstructured datasets, including filings by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), proprietary documents, social media content, and other text-heavy sources. He has experience using large language models (LLMs) for data-intensive matters.
Mr. Zuo has played key roles in developing firmwide AI-enabled tools for document review and SEC filing analysis. He has analyzed data in matters related to securities Rule 10b-5 claims, consumer fraud and product liability (CFPL), corporate governance, and antitrust and competition issues.
