Shiyu Zhao consults on all phases of commercial litigation. In securities class actions, Dr. Zhao has analyzed market efficiency, price impact, loss causation, and Comcast issues. She has also assessed market manipulation claims involving certain “meme” stocks. Her corporate governance work encompasses executive compensation and governance policies, including the use of Rule 10b5-1 plans in the context of insider trading allegations.
Dr. Zhao has also consulted on regulatory investigations and estimated economic exposure in anti-money laundering (AML) cases.
