Tathagat Mukhopadhyay consults on economic, valuation, and accounting and financial reporting issues arising in litigation. Dr. Mukhopadhyay has addressed complex financial issues in matters related to valuation, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), bankruptcy, and alter ego disputes. His work spans various venues, including U.S. federal and state courts, the Delaware Court of Chancery, and the UK Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT).
Dr. Mukhopadhyay supports clients and experts through all phases of litigation, and leads teams conducting economic, financial, and accounting investigations and analyses.
Before joining Cornerstone Research, Dr. Mukhopadhyay was an assistant professor of accounting at the University of Colorado Boulder.
