As the deputy general counsel of Cornerstone Research, Thomas Powell has primary responsibility for the firm’s engagement agreements and other contracts, and assists in all aspects of the firm’s legal, compliance, and business risk matters.
Prior to joining Cornerstone Research, Mr. Powell was a litigation attorney in the Los Angeles office of Sidley Austin.
